The Reports Library is an easy and flexible access point to various telematics reports helping fleet managers gain more value and intelligence about their drivers and their fleet.
Accessing the Library
Go to Web Portal > Reports in the top menu.
The Reports Library page contains a list of reports that you can subscribe to obtain information pertaining to your fleet.
Reports will be emailed to the selected subscribers, but the fleet administrator can also view each report online by simply selecting the title of the report.
Managing Subscriptions
Fleet administrators are able to identify people in their organizations as subscribers to particular reports if they so choose. To do this from the Reports Library screen, select the Manage link located to the right of each report. A pop-up window will appear giving the user the ability to select recipients of that specific report. Each selected recipient will then receive that report in their email Inbox whenever it is published.
Saving Favorite Reports
Prioritize the reports you commonly view by clicking the
Favorite icon next to a report.
Viewing Report Results
To view reports, your company must be subscribed to a given report first. You'll only be able to view reports results for dates after you have subscribed to a report.
To view results:
Click on VIEW next to a report.
Select the date to view.
