1. With the Zubie Dashcam device powered on (allow 30 seconds to power up before
continuing), PRESS / HOLD the square button located on the base of the Zubie Dashcam device
and continue to HOLD. A countdown will appear followed by the ‘Shutting Down’
screen. Remember to keep holding the button!
2. Continue to HOLD / PRESS the button down while the screen is blank and wait for the
Raven+ logo to be displayed, then RELEASE the button.
3. The "Dashcam Recovery" menu will appear. PRESS the button repeatedly until you
navigate to the “Factory Reset” option. PRESS / HOLD the button for 2 seconds to
select the option. If there is no confirmation screen, Raven will reboot automatically. If
the confirmation screen appears, please select CONFIRM to complete the data wipe.
4. Upon reboot, it should go to a checkmark screen and then register. If the device sits at
the checkmark, repeat the steps above but select “Network Reset”.
* Please ensure the vehicle is in an area that has cellular coverage when executing this
procedure.
