Accessing Zubie Sense Event Information

Zubie's smoke detection and impact detection is easy to use. Learn where to see Zubie Sense vehicle activity.

Each time smoke or an impact is detected in your vehicles, a few things will happen:

  • If you have opted into notifications, you will receive an app alert and email.

  • Details of the smoke or impact events will become available in your Zubie activity feed.

  • Smoke and impact events will be visible in your Reports.

Notifications

  • The email notification for smoke and impact detected events will include a downloadable PDF with all of the event details.

  • Clicking on the Smoke Detected or Impact Detected notification from your Zubie mobile or desktop app will open the Zubie Activity feed, and you can download the PDF from there if you wish.

Zubie Sense Events in your Zubie Activities Feed

First, access the Activity section of your Zubie app.

From here, select Smoke Activity or Impact Detected from the Activity Types filter.

The activity types filter will look like this if you have only selected the Smoke Detected activities:

Now you can see a list of all Smoke Detected activity across all vehicles in your fleet.

You can also click any activity to view more details. For Zubie Sense smoke detected and impact detected activities, this will display the detailed PDF. You can download the PDF directly from the Zubie application.

Zubie Sense Events Reporting

Access Zubie Sense events from the Exceptions folder within your Zubie Reports. These events can be helpful to understand what is happening with your fleet or a specific vehicle in aggregate.

Like all Zubie reports, you can set a schedule to have the spreadsheet emailed to you on a set frequency, or you can access on demand from the Reports section of the app.
