Getting Started with Your Zubie OBD Device is Simple
1. Install Your Device
Find the OBD-II diagnostic port.
Firmly push the device into the port* and wait for 3 minutes. You should see lights on the device during this time.
After 3 minutes, turn your vehicle on and allow the vehicle to idle for a few moments.
2. Check that Your Device is Set Up
Open app.zubie.com on your browser or download Zubie (app store/google play).
Sign in using your registered email account.
Check that your vehicle is visible on the live map.
Common Troubleshooting
If you don’t see lights on your device when it is installed, you may need to press the device more firmly into the OBD-II port.
If you don’t see your vehicle on the live map, you may need to take a trip. Be sure to drive somewhere with strong cell service and a clear view of the sky.
